凯茵化工讯 荷兰皇家帝斯曼集团11月10日表示，帝斯曼携手浙江桐乡市海兴投资有限公司收购内蒙古润邦生物科技有限公司的多数股权，并将其更名为——帝斯曼润邦(内蒙古)生物科技有限公司。

　　注入新资本后，帝斯曼和海兴将分别持有润邦65%及27%的股份。 其余部分由润邦公司创始人古立谦先生持有。 目前相关财务细节暂不对外公布。

DSM hand in Haixing acquisition of Inner Mongolia Runbang biological

KAYNE Chemical Royal Dutchman DSM Group said on November 10 that DSM, together with Zhejiang Tongxiang Haixing Investment Co., Ltd., acquired a majority stake in Inner Mongolia Rangbang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and renamed it & mdash; & mdash; DSM Runbang (Inner Mongolia) Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
