凯茵化工讯 15日，上海医药集团股份有限公司全资子公司Century　Global与美国医药流通巨头康德乐全资子公司康德乐开曼签署购股协议，收购康德乐马来西亚100%股权，进而间接拥有其于中国香港及内地设立的全部业务实体。

　　本次交易好终收购价格预计约为5.57亿美元。

　　据了解，康德乐是美国医药流通行业三巨头之一。康德乐中国分销业务规模位居全国第八，其分销商网络覆盖322座城市，在进口产品 、国际供应链管理、专业药房等领域优势明显。

　　“预计今年和明年跨国药企引进中国的产品有160个，这是过往几年无法想象的速度。”上海医药董秘刘大伟接受记者采访时称，此次交易评估不仅在于标的历史财科莱恩光稳定剂3310务业绩，还在于市场稀缺程度、未来发展前景、协同互补等。
