美国一名女性因使用强生公司含有滑石粉的婴儿爽身粉而罹患癌症。加利福尼亚州洛杉矶市一家法院21日裁定强生公司向这名女子赔款4.17亿美元(约合27.8亿元人民币)。

　　这名女子叫伊娃 埃切韦里亚，现年63岁。陪审团认为她患癌与使用强生产品确实存在关联，因而裁定强生公司赔款，其中7000万美元作为补偿款，3.47亿美元作为惩罚性赔款。
