国家标准化委员会近日连续发布“风力发电机组专用润滑剂”四项国家标准，将从今年10月1日起正式实施。这是我国S次在这一领域制定国标，将对国产风电装备行业健康发展起到积极作用。

　　过去10年，在国家政策有力推动下，风电产业蓬勃发展，我国培育了一批拥有自主知识产权和核心技术的装备制造企业，风电装备国产化率达到90%以上。

　　风电机组因多数处于野外偏远区域，受极热、极寒、沙尘、盐碱腐蚀等外部条件影响，润滑对机械部件正常运行和装备延长寿命至关重要。此前，我国在风电装备润滑领域缺乏相关标准，导致风电专用润滑剂制造门槛低、品牌杂乱、产品质量参差不齐。在风电装备的制造和运行中，懂润滑的专业人员也很罕见，润滑产品的使用不当，给行业带来不小损失和困扰。

　　这四项国家标准由国内特种润滑领域的领军企业鞍山海华油脂化学有限公司发起，2012年经国家标准委石化标委会秘书处批准，由该公司联合中国石化润滑油分公司、中国水利电力物资有限公司、中国石油润滑油分公司和沈阳工业大学风能技术研究所等单位共同制定。今年3月，四项标准经国家质监总局、国家标准委批准发布，进入公告阶段，此举也开启了民营企业在石化领域牵头起草国家标准的先河。

　　标准编制过程中，海华公司投入上千万元研究经费，购置大量研发设备和实验仪器，通过上千次实验，不断完善风电润滑剂的核心技术。目前，这家公司开发的高性能国产润滑剂，倒逼了国外品牌降低产品价格，完善产品性能。如某国外著名品牌的风电润滑产品，使用寿命由5年提高到7，多巴斯夫油溶性缓蚀剂Amine O个“洋品牌”风电润滑产品的价格在过去一年降低40%以上。

　　专家认为，风电装备作为新兴产业，相关标准的陆续制定，将大大增加我国企业在这一领域的话语权，以及与国外厂商的谈判筹码。此外，标准还具有指导企业提升品质的作用。我国出台风电装备的润滑标准后，油脂企业将根据标准来提升产品质量，风电用户也能按照自身条件来选择合适产品以节约成本。

China's first national standard for the field of wind power equipment lubrication

The National Standardization Committee recently released four national standards for "special lubricants for wind turbines", which will be officially implemented from October 1 this year. This is the first time that China has made a national standard in this field and will play an active role in the healthy development of the domestic wind power equipment industry. In the past 10 years, under the vigorous promotion of national policies, the wind power industry has boomed. China has cultivated a number of equipment manufacturing enterprises with independent intellectual property rights and core technologies. The localization rate of wind power equipment has reached more than 90%.

Because most wind turbines are in the remote areas of the country, they are affected by external conditions such as extreme heat, extremely cold, dust, salt and alkali corrosion, etc. Lubrication is essential for the normal operation of machinery components and equipment to prolong their life. Prior to this, our country lacked relevant standards in the field of wind power equipment lubrication, resulting in low threshold for the manufacture of wind power-specific lubricants, cluttered brands and uneven product quality. In the manufacture and operation of wind power equipment, lubricating professionals are also very rare, the improper use of lubricating products, bring no small loss and distress to the industry.

These four national standards were initiated by Anshan Haihua Oil Chemical Co., Ltd., a leader in the field of special lubricants. In 2012, approved by the Secretariat of Petrochemical Standardization Committee of China National Standards Commission, Branch, China Water Conservancy and Electricity Materials Co., Ltd., China Petroleum Lubricating Oil Branch and Shenyang University of Technology Institute of Wind Energy and other units jointly developed. In March this year, the four standards were approved by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and approved by the National Standards Commission. This move has also opened the way for private enterprises to take the lead in drafting national standards in the petrochemical field.

In the standard compilation process, Haihua Company invested tens of millions of research funds, purchased a large amount of research and development equipment and experimental instruments, and continuously improved the core technology of wind power lubricant through thousands of experiments. At present, the company developed high-performance domestic lubricants, forcing foreign brands to reduce product prices and improve product performance. Such as a well-known foreign brands of wind power lubrication products, life expectancy increased from 5 to 7, more than "foreign brand" wind power lubricants prices over the past year to reduce the price of 40%.

Experts believe that as a new emerging industry, wind power equipment and relevant standards have been formulated in succession, which will greatly increase the voice of Chinese enterprises in this field as well as bargaining chips with foreign manufacturers. In addition, the standard also has the role of guiding enterprises to improve their quality. After the introduction of China's wind power equipment lubrication standards, oil companies will be based on the standards to improve product quality, wind power users can also choose the right product according to their own conditions in order to save costs.
