Axalta acquired Britain's largest independent industrial coatings manufacturer

Axalta Coating Systems announced on May 22 that it has agreed to acquire Spencer Coatings Group, a provider of high-performance industrial coatings for the heavy equipment, general industrials, oil and gas, glass and other industries.
