近日，天津东皋膜技术有限公司（简称&l原装德国进口340 沉淀法二氧化dquo;东皋膜”）年产2亿平米动力电池隔膜自动化生产线投产。据了解，该生产线是自主集成建设规模化的动力电池复合隔膜生产线。其生产的产品从结构到制作方法完全采用自主知识产权（公司已获自主申请/授权14项发明 ，其中3项申请了 全QPCT发明 ）。生产的动力电池隔膜采用国际先进的大孔高孔隙率PE基膜、双面耐热陶瓷涂层复合强化的产品新结构，PE 基膜的生产线采用同步双拉、宽幅高速自动化生产线，成品基膜3.9米幅宽。生产线投产后，公司将重点向远东福斯特、力神、比克、CATL、BYD等客户推广使用。

　　东皋膜2010年成立初期建设高条湿法超高聚乙烯隔膜生产线，总计投资2.2亿元，2013年正式批量供货比亚迪。2016年底，该条生产线年产能达到2000万平米。随着新能源车市场的爆发，为满足市场的需求，东皋膜在2016年3月，开始二期工程，占地180亩，共计4条生产线，每条生产线年产涂层隔膜成品5000万平方米，总计建成2亿平方米年产能。
