巴西一座石化装置起火爆炸

  11月28日,中化集团下属沈阳化工研究院举办“典日本三洋抗静电剂型染料及有机颜料连续化生产近零排放技术”项目启动会。国家科技部高技术研发中心材料处处长史冬梅、中国工程院胡 康院士,以及来自中国染料工业协会、吉林大学、大连理工大学、天津大学、江苏大学的10多位权威专家出席会议。

  该项目是国家“十三五”重点研发计划“重点基础材料技术提升与产业化”的重点专项,由沈阳化工研究院牵头组织,共有11家科研院校及生产企业参与。

  目前广泛应用于我国染料行业的间歇釜式重氮化、偶合反应及还原等传统工艺,存在着安全性差、产品质量低、废水排放量大、能耗高等弊端,沈阳院此次牵头的项目就直接针对上述问题,将有力推动我国染颜料产业升级和行业进步。该项目将开展偶氮染/颜料及硝基苯磺酸加氢连续化生产近零排放研究,突破高品质偶氮染/颜料生产及废水减排技术、高浓度间硝基苯磺酸连续催化加氢等关键技术的研发,建成典型染颜料品种连续化生产近零排放示范装置并在行业推广,从而提高产品质量和收率,促进生产工艺的高效安全节能,并接近实现废水零排放。

  启动会上,沈阳化工研究院院长胥维昌教授为项目咨询专家委员会成员颁发了聘书。专家组成员对项目进行了质询并表示,项目立项意义重大,创新性突出,项目的课题设置合理,各课题承担单位实力突出,希望抓紧实施推进。

The project will carry out azo dyes / pigments and nitrobenzene sulfonic acid hydrogenation continuous production of nearly zero emissions research, breaking the high-quality azo dye / pigment production and wastewater reduction technology, high concentrations of nitrobenzene sulfonic acid continuous catalyst Hydrogenation and other key technology research and development, built a typical dye pigment varieties of continuous production of nearly zero discharge demonstration device and promote in the industry to improve product quality and yield, and promote the production process of efficient and safe energy saving, and close to achieve zero discharge of waste water.

On the meeting, Professor Xu Weichang, dean of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, issued a letter of appointment for members of the Advisory Committee of Experts on Project. The members of the expert group conducted a question on the project and said that the project is of great significance and innovativeness, and the subjects of the project are set up rationally. The strength of each subject undertaking unit is outstanding, and it is hoped that the project will be implemented with great progress.
