凯茵化工讯 中国海洋石油总公司10月9日发布消息称，经过近三年的施工，中国海油惠州炼化二期项目1000万吨/年炼油工程近日试车成功。

　　惠州炼化二期项目位于广东省大亚湾石化园区，项目总投资达466亿元，是目前我国在建规模好大的炼化一体化工程。2013年7月，为加快中下游产业发展，实现炼油化工一体化优势，中国海油在惠州石化1200万吨/年炼油工程基础上，新建二期1000万吨/年炼油和120万吨/年乙烯工程。

　　本次试车成功的1000万吨/年炼油工程建设包括15套炼油生产装置、配套公用工程及辅助生产设施。从9月16日，1000万吨/年炼油工程常减压装置引入原油，至10月2日，全厂生产流程全部打通，炼油工程仅用16天，实现了所有装置及公用工程的平稳生产，产出合格产品，创下了业界好佳试车纪录。

　　1000万吨/年炼油工程采用当前行业内先进的加工工艺，引进国内外 技术达到11项，试车成功后，中海油惠州石化有限公司(简称惠州增塑剂巴斯夫Hexamoll DI石化)原油一次加工能力将达到2200万吨/年。预计每年可向国内外市场投放各类高质量油品达到2000万吨左右，生产的汽油、航空煤油、柴油等主要产品质量相当于欧VI标准。

　　据介绍，中国海油在120万吨/年乙烯工程中成功引入荷兰壳牌公司资本，由中国海油与荷兰壳牌各持股50%的合资企业中海壳牌拥有并负责运营。在与壳牌前期合作基础上，120万吨/年乙烯工程实现由“壳牌为引领”向以“海油为主导”的巨大转变，项目吸引壳牌拿出资金和独有技术，直接引进外资54.3亿元。截至9月下旬，惠州炼化二期项目乙烯工程总体进度完成98.48%，预计明年年初实现机械竣工。

　　截至目前，中国海油原油一次加工能力超5120 万吨/年;炼油乙烯生产能力位居国内第3 位，成品油生产全面达到国V 标准;沥青产能位居国内前列，达到550 万吨/年;润滑油基础油年产130 万吨，成为国内第3 大润滑油基础油生产商。中国海油炼化板块已经初步形成珠江三角洲、长江三角洲、环渤海湾的“两洲一湾”产业布局。
