凯茵化工讯 26日，黑龙江中盟集团龙新化工年产5万吨甲基丙烯酸甲酯提产改造和年产5万吨丙酮氰醇技改项目开工仪式在安达市举行。

　　甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙酮氰醇装置均为龙新化工旧有项目。2007年，黑龙江中盟集团开工建设了年产5万吨甲基丙烯酸甲酯项目，但受上游供应原料制约，甲基丙烯酸甲酯装置开工率一直在70%左右。为了解决上游加工原料的问题，2010年龙新化工又建设了年产5万吨丙酮氰醇项目，但受原料及市场价格影响，产品生产成本相对较高，该装置被迫停车至今。为改变现有丙酮氰醇装置生产成本过高问题，龙新化工计划今年投资1.05亿元，对丙酮氰醇项目进行技术改造，预计明年5月末陶氏油溶性染料绿色HFX投产。龙新化工同时决定对现有年产5万吨甲基丙烯酸甲酯装置进行提产改造。计划投资800万元，通过更换关键设备，将装置生产能力提到年产7.5万吨。提产改造后5万吨丙酮氰醇项目生产的产品全部供给甲基丙烯酸甲酯装置，再加上现有采购原料，龙新化工甲基丙烯酸甲酯生产规模将翻一番。

Plans to invest 8000000 yuan, by replacing the key equipment, the device production capacity referred to an annual output of 75000 tons.
