凯茵化工讯 渝三塑料爽滑开口剂峡A11月21日晚间公告，为尽快完成全资子公司成都渝三峡油漆有限公司的搬迁改造工作，同时加快产品升级换代，公司于11月20日与四川彭山经济开发区管理委员会签署了《项目投资协议书》，项目内容为年产3万吨石墨烯涂料、水性工业涂料，计划总投资2亿元，建设周期约18个月。

　　据了解，成都渝三峡油漆有限公司位于四川省成都市龙泉驿区西河工业园区螺丝路82号，注册资本2700.90万元，主营油漆及涂料制造，属于政府鼓励搬迁改造的工业企业范畴。截至2016年12月31日，该公司资产总额4147.96万元，负债总额512.75万元，净资产3635.21万元;2016年度实现营业收入4028.29万元，净利润239.88万元。为积极响应政府号召，进一步促进公司油漆涂料主营发展，加快公司产品升级换代，公司有意在成都地区以外寻找合适的生产基地，以便尽快完成该公司的搬迁改造工作。

　　据公告，该项目用地面积约为100亩，土地挂牌价格不低于12万元/亩，项目外公共设施配套费约6万元/亩。按照《项目投资协议书》约定，在签订协议2个月内渝三峡A需在眉山市彭山区注册独立企业法人，注册资本不低于协议约定的项目固定资产投资总额的20%。

　　渝三峡A表示，若实施完成本项目有利于公司主营业务发展，加快公司产品升级换代，但对公司2017年度经营业绩不产生重大影响。

　　今年前三季度，公司实现营业收入32.34亿元，同比增长58.01%;实现归母净利润6590.61万元，同比增长22.58%。
