东海炭素将泰国TCP炭黑公司收归旗下

  凯茵化工讯 记者从扬州大学获悉,扬州大学聚合物—无机微纳复合材料工程技术研究中心朱爱萍教授团队联合国内有关科研单位、企业,成功研制出无溶剂石墨烯重防腐涂料。目前,该产品现已成功投产并实现工程示范应用。

  石墨烯作为新型的二维纳米材料在重防腐涂料领域具有重要的应用前景。近年来,石墨烯基重防腐涂料受到相关行业重点攻关,但受制于没有完善的涂料体系和标准、缺少性能全面考核和实际工程应用评估、石墨烯成本较高等多方面因素,至今仍未大规模市场应用。

  朱爱萍教授团队联合华南农大张超群教催干剂授团队、江苏特威机床制造有限公司、扬州大学镇江高新技术研究院以及江苏维特金属防腐科技有限公司共同研发出无溶剂石墨烯重防腐涂料。核心技术采用爆炸法制备石墨烯微片,采用原位表面修饰技术。得到的表面改性石墨烯微片粉末,不仅生产成本低,而且易于分散于环氧、聚氨酯以及丙烯酸酯树脂等涂料树脂体系,制备石墨烯防腐涂料。

In recent years, graphene-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings by the relevant industries focus on key issues, but subject to imperfect coating systems and standards, the lack of comprehensive assessment of performance and practical engineering evaluation, high cost of graphene and many other factors, has not yet large-scale Market applications.

Professor Zhu Aiping team together with Professor Zhang Chaosun of South China Agricultural University team, Jiangsu Twine Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhenjiang High-tech Research Institute of Yangzhou University and Jiangsu Weite Metals Preventive Technology Co., Ltd. jointly developed non-solvent graphene heavy anti-corrosion coatings. The core technology uses explosive method to prepare graphene microchips, using in situ surface modification technology. The obtained surface-modified graphene microplate powder not only has low production cost but also is easily dispersed in coating resin system such as epoxy, polyurethane and acrylate resin to prepare graphene anticorrosive coating.
