商务部贸易救济调查局发布消息称，8月29日，印度商工部反倾销局发布公告，称应其国内产业申请，决定对自中国进口的甲硝唑(metronidazole)发起反倾销日落复审调查，该调查主要涉及印度海关29332920税号项下产品，调查期塑料助剂为2016年4月至2017年3月。利益相关方应于立案之日起40日内向印度调查机关提交信息。

　　资料显示，1999年7月29日，印度商工部对原产于中国的甲硝唑进行反倾销立案调查。2000年7月14日，印度商工部对原产于中国的涉案产品作出肯定性终裁。2005年4月8日，对原产于中国的甲硝唑启动高次反倾销日落复审立案调查。2006年4月5日，印度商工部对原产于中国的涉案产品作出高次日落复审肯定性终裁。2011年5月30日，印度商工部对原产于中国的甲硝唑启动第二次反倾销日落复审立案调查。2012年6月29日，印度商工部对原产于中国的涉案产品作出第二次反倾销日落复审终裁。2017年8月25日，应Aarti Drugs Ltd.向印度德里高等法院(The Hon’ble High Court)提起的上诉，印度德里高等法院要求印度商工部不晚于2017年8月29日对中国甲硝唑提起的第三次反倾销日落复审立案调查。

On August 25, 2017, following an appeal filed by Aarti Drugs Ltd. to The Hight High Court, India, the Delhi High Court of India requested that the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issue a letter to China's Ammunition on August 29, 2017, Azolla filed the third anti-dumping sunset review of the investigation.
