埃克森美孚世界级石化项目签约落户大亚湾
凯茵化工讯 日前,中国石油S套2万吨/年己烯-1成套技术工业化试验项目通过集团公司验收,掌握了乙烯三聚生产己烯-1技术,成为目前世界上掌握该技术的3家企业之一。
这是集团公司“十二五”期间立项的重大专项炼化科研项目,整体达到国际先进水平,4年创效1.8亿元。该项目由中国石油科技管理部组织,独山子石化、石油化工研究院、昆仑工程公司、大庆石化、华东和华南化工销售公司共同承担。
己烯-1与丁烯牌号产品相比,具有更好的拉伸强度、抗冲击强度和撕裂强度,适用于大型中空吹塑容器、管材、食品级包装膜和农用覆盖膜等。国内高端己烯-1共聚产品主要依赖进口。为打破国外技术垄断,中国石油自主开发己烯-1成套技术。2014年,以大庆石化5000吨/年己烯-1装置开工运行经验和配套技术研究结果为依托,在独山子石化建成2万吨/年己烯-1工业试验装置,产品纯度达到99.6%,品质优于进口产品,单体质量满足全部共聚聚乙烯催化剂的要求。
目前,装置通过4次开工、3次技改及操作参数优化,实现了己烯-1装置安全、稳定、长周期运行,达到国际先进水平;形成包含催化剂、工艺、反应器、控制等全要素、全流程的成套技术;取得了核心技术发明 5项、企业标准7项等主要成果,为更大规模的己烯-1生产装置建设提供基础数据。
截至2017年7月30日,独石化累计生产合格己烯-1产品1.67万吨,混合癸烯238吨。装置投料以来,生产的己烯产品全部用于独石化公司聚乙烯装置,以己烯-1为共聚单体生产的聚乙烯产品包括荒川树脂TUB121N3000B、HD5502XA等15个牌号,总产量约540万吨,提高了产品的边际效益。

The project is jointly organized by China Petroleum Science and Technology Management Department, Dushanzi Petrochemical Research Institute, Kunlun Engineering Company, Daqing Petrochemical, East China and South China Chemical Sales Company.
Hexene-1 has better tensile strength, impact strength and tear strength than those of butene grades. It is suitable for large-scale hollow blow molded containers, pipes, food grade packaging films and agricultural products Cover film and so on. Domestic high-end hexene-1 copolymer products mainly rely on imports. In order to break the monopoly of foreign technology, PetroChina has independently developed the hexene-1 complete technology. In 2014, with 20,000t / a hexene-1 plant operation and supporting technology research results of Daqing Petrochemical as the base, a 20,000t / a hexene-1 industrial pilot plant was built in Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. The product purity reached 99.6% Quality better than imported products, monomer quality to meet all the requirements of polyethylene copolymer catalyst.
At present, the device achieves the safe, stable and long-period operation of the hexene-1 plant through four starts, three technical changes and optimization of operating parameters. It has reached the international advanced level and has formed a complete system including catalyst, process, Control and other elements of the whole process of complete sets of technology; made the core technology patents 5, 7 enterprise standards and other major achievements for the larger-scale production of hexene-1 plant to provide basic data.
As of July 30, 2017, Sinopec Corp. produced 16,700 tons of qualified hexene-1 products and 238 tons of mixed decenes. Since the device feeding, the produced hexene products are all used in the polyethylene plant of the Sinopec Company. Polyethylene products made from hexene-1 as comonomer include 15 grades such as TUB121N3000B and HD5502XA, with a total output of about 5.4 million tons The marginal benefit of the product.
