凯茵化工讯 日前，中国石油S套2万吨/年己烯-1成套技术工业化试验项目通过集团公司验收，掌握了乙烯三聚生产己烯-1技术，成为目前世界上掌握该技术的3家企业之一。

　　这是集团公司“十二五”期间立项的重大专项炼化科研项目，整体达到国际先进水平，4年创效1.8亿元。该项目由中国石油科技管理部组织，独山子石化、石油化工研究院、昆仑工程公司、大庆石化、华东和华南化工销售公司共同承担。

　　己烯-1与丁烯牌号产品相比，具有更好的拉伸强度、抗冲击强度和撕裂强度，适用于大型中空吹塑容器、管材、食品级包装膜和农用覆盖膜等。国内高端己烯-1共聚产品主要依赖进口。为打破国外技术垄断，中国石油自主开发己烯-1成套技术。2014年，以大庆石化5000吨/年己烯-1装置开工运行经验和配套技术研究结果为依托，在独山子石化建成2万吨/年己烯-1工业试验装置，产品纯度达到99.6%，品质优于进口产品，单体质量满足全部共聚聚乙烯催化剂的要求。

　　目前，装置通过4次开工、3次技改及操作参数优化，实现了己烯-1装置安全、稳定、长周期运行，达到国际先进水平;形成包含催化剂、工艺、反应器、控制等全要素、全流程的成套技术;取得了核心技术发明 5项、企业标准7项等主要成果，为更大规模的己烯-1生产装置建设提供基础数据。

　　截至2017年7月30日，独石化累计生产合格己烯-1产品1.67万吨，混合癸烯238吨。装置投料以来，生产的己烯产品全部用于独石化公司聚乙烯装置，以己烯-1为共聚单体生产的聚乙烯产品包括荒川树脂TUB121N3000B、HD5502XA等15个牌号，总产量约540万吨，提高了产品的边际效益。
