凯茵化工讯 10月30日，中化泉州炼化一体化项目(二期)在福建泉惠石化工业园区泉州石化乙烯项目现场举行开工仪式。

　　该项目在一期1200万吨/美国罗门哈斯分散剂ACUMER 9400年炼油项目的基础上，新建和改扩建13套炼油化工装置以及相关配套储运、码头、公用工程，包括100万吨/年乙烯及芳烃、煤气化等项目。项目总投资约325亿元。项目建成后预计每年可新增营业收入近200亿元。根据进度计划，乙烯等主要生产装置及公用工程系统将于2020年6月建成中交，2020年12月投料试车。

　　中化泉州炼化一体化项目(二期)建成后，将有效带动福建及华东、华南地区石化中下游产业及相关产业发展，对推动福建石化产业转型升级具有十分重要的意义。

Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Project Phase II opened

Kai Yan Chemical News On October 30, Sinochem Quanzhou Refinery Integration Project (Phase II) held a groundbreaking ceremony at the Quanzhou Petrochemical Ethylene project site of Quan Hui Petrochemical Industrial Park in Fujian Province.

On the basis of a 12 million tonne / year refinery project, the project will build 13 new refinery and petrochemical plants and related supporting storage and transportation, wharves and public utilities, including 1 million tons / year ethylene and Aromatics, gasification and other projects. The total investment of about 32.5 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the newly-added operating income can reach nearly 20 billion yuan each year. According to the schedule, the major production units such as ethylene and public utility systems will be completed in June, 2020 and will be commissioned in December 2020.

After the completion of the integration project of Quanzhou Quanzhou Refinery and Petrochemical Industry (Phase II), it will effectively promote the development of middle and down stream petrochemical industry and related industries in Fujian, East China and South China and is very important to promote the transformation and upgrading of Fujian Petrochemical Industry significance.
