　　沙特阿美和沙特基础工业公司(简称“沙比克”)正在联合进行该项目的可行性研究。一旦证实可行，沙特这两大工业科莱恩光稳定剂Hostavin 3058 巨头将组建一家合资企业推进该项目的建设。

　　两家公司预计将在今年年底前签署一份关于这个完全一体化厂开发的谅解备忘录，然后将指定一位项目管理顾问进行设计。

Saudi crude direct chemical projects are getting closer

凯茵 化工 According to Platts Dubai, Oct. 31, Saudi officials said Wednesday that a feasibility study for the groundbreaking new facility that converts crude oil directly to petrochemicals is nearing completion .

Saudi Aramco and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation ("SABIC") are conducting a joint feasibility study of the project. Once confirmed, the two big industrial giants in Saudi Arabia will form a joint venture to promote the construction of the project.

The two companies are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding on the development of this fully integrated factory by the end of this year, and then designate a project management consultant to design. According to media reports from Saudi Arabia, Saudi Aramco chief executive Nasser said on Tuesday that he expects the final decision on the project to direct petrochemical products of crude oil will be made by the end of this year.
