Benzene ABS production force majeure has not been lifted

A source familiar with Styrolution's ABS exports to Italy and Switzerland did not lift force majeure on Wednesday despite concerns about supplies have eased.

This message has not been confirmed by the company and comments.

Force majeure could be lifted after the opening of an important rail line linking Northwest and South Europe in early October. However, there is still no new progress so far and it is expected that this weekend may return to normal.

Although the leaders announced the force majeure of ABS production, the demand of consumers for materials was still met by other means.
