　　2011年10月18日商务部发布公告，决定对原产于欧盟和美国的进口己内酰胺征收2.2%~25.5%的反倾销税，实施期限自2011年10月22日起5年。

　　2016年10月21日，应中国己内酰胺产业申请，调查机关发布公告，决定对该案所适用的反倾销措施进行期终复审调查。本次复审的倾销调查期为2015年7月1日至2016年6月30日，产业损害调查期为2012年1月1日至2016年6月30日。

　　调查机关裁定，如果终止反倾销措施，原产于欧盟和美国的进口己内酰胺对中国的倾销可能继续或再度发生;原产于欧盟和美国的进口己内酰胺对中国国内产业造成的损害可能继续或再度发生。

　　海关数据统计显示，2012年、2013年、2014年、2015年和2016年，欧盟和美国对中国合计出口被调查产品的数量分别为23.70万吨、12.93万吨、6.49万吨、8.5英国禾大抗静电剂3万吨和7.16万吨，占中国市场的份额分别为16.46%、7.97%、3.68%、4.08%和3.21%。

The dumping investigation period of this review is from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, and the period of industrial injury investigation is from January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2016.

The investigating authorities have ruled that the dumping of imported caprolactam originating in the EU and the United States may continue or recur in China if anti-dumping measures are terminated; the damage caused by the imported caprolactam originating in the EU and the United States to the domestic industry in China May continue or happen again.

According to the statistics of the Customs, the total exports of the EU and the United States to China in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 were 237,000 tons, 129,300 tons and 64,900 respectively Ton, 85,300 tons and 71,600 tons respectively, accounting for 16.46%, 7.97%, 3.68%, 4.08% and 3.21% of the Chinese market respectively.
