凯茵化工讯 8月22日，海原装德国进口白碳黑南炼化第二套对二甲苯装置二甲苯塔土建基础工程开工，标志着该项目正式进入施工阶段。

　　该项目集成了中国石化芳烃领域的好新科研成果。自4月基础设计批复以来，海南炼化与各参建单位密切配合，全力以赴推进招投标、设计、采购、现场施工准备等工作，加快项目实施进度。

　　按照进度计划，该项目将于2019年3月建成并中间交接，6月投料试车，9月生产出合格产品。该项目建成后，海南炼化将拥有对二甲苯生产能力约160万吨/年，成为集团公司好大的芳烃生产基地。该项目建设具有良好的经济效益和社会效益，由对二甲苯生产的化学纤维可替代棉花，有效缓解粮棉争地的矛盾。

The project integrates the latest scientific research achievements in the field of aromatic hydrocarbons of Sinopec. Since the approval of the basic design in April, Hainan Refining & Chemical has worked closely with various participating units to go all out to promote bidding, design, procurement and on-site construction preparation to speed up the implementation of the project.

According to the schedule, the project will be completed in March 2019 and will be handed over in the middle. The project will be commissioned in June and qualified products will be produced in September. After the project is completed, Hainan Refinery will have a production capacity of paraxylene of about 1.6 million tons / year, becoming the largest aromatics production base in the group. The construction of the project has good economic and social benefits. The substitution of cotton with chemical fiber produced from para-xylene can effectively relieve the contradiction between grain and cotton.
