凯茵化工据普氏能源资讯8月28日新加坡报道，马来西亚国家石油公司(马国油)的一名消息人士周一淀粉醚称，在上周二由于技术故障突然停产以后，马国油周一(28日)中午重新启动了其位于纳闽岛的170万吨/年的2号甲醇厂。

　　消息人士补充说，这个甲醇厂预计将在周一结束前达到40%至50%的开工率并在周二中午前达到90%的开工率。

　　该知情人士早些时候曾说，合成气装置的一个主控阀门在上周二发生了故障，导致了该甲醇厂生产关闭了一个星期。

　　这名消息人士补充称，如果快速投产成功的话，甲醇厂将在9月的高周内交付1.5万吨的甲醇货物。

The source added that the methanol plant will deliver 15,000 tons of methanol cargo in the first week of September if the rapid commissioning is successful.
