近日，由国投生物科技投资有限公司和铁法煤业（集团） 有限责任公司共同投资建设的年产30万吨燃料乙醇项目在调兵山市举行现场推进会，标志着该项目正式进入开工建设阶段。

　　该项目位于调兵山经济开发区新能源产业园区，由国投生物科技投资有限公司和铁法煤业（集团）有限责任公司共同投资建设，总投资13.99亿元，铁法煤业公司参股10%。该项目计划新建年产30.6万吨燃料乙醇、27.63万吨蛋白饲料和2万吨玉米油的工艺生产装置、辅助生产设施、公共工程设施、储运设施和办公及生活服务DSM帝斯曼水性聚氨酯分散体NeoR设施。项目建成后，预计年营业收入21.52亿元，年营业税收及附加4亿元，年利润总额2.61亿元，年就地消化玉米100万吨，安排就业600人。2016年8月，省政府和国家开发投资公司签署框架协议，建立全面战略合作关系，铁岭市年产30万吨燃料乙醇项目为协议中所列13个重点合作项目之一。该项目利用铁岭地区丰富的玉米资源，以农产品可再生资源加工转化成生物能源和其他生物技术产品，符合我国发展循环经济的能源政策要求。

Annual output of 300,000 tons of fuel ethanol project opened in Liaoning

Recently, an annual output of 300,000 tons of fuel ethanol project jointly invested by Guotou Biotechnology Investment Co., Ltd. and Tiefa Coal (Group) Co., Ltd. was held in Diaobingshan City, marking the project Officially entered the construction phase.

The project is located in New Energy Industrial Park of Diaobingshan Economic Development Zone. It is jointly invested by Guotou Biotechnology Investment Co., Ltd. and Tiefa Coal (Group) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1.399 billion yuan. Iron Law coal company shares 10%. The project plans to build a new production plant with an annual output of 306,000 tons of fuel ethanol, 276,300 tons of protein feed and 20,000 tons of corn oil, auxiliary production facilities, public engineering facilities, storage and transportation facilities and office and living service facilities. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual operating income will be 2.152 billion yuan, the annual business tax and the additional 400 million yuan, the total annual profit of 261 million yuan, annual digestion of 1 million tons of corn and 600 jobs. In August 2016, the provincial government and the State Development and Investment Corporation signed a framework agreement to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership. Tieling City, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of fuel ethanol project, is one of the 13 key cooperation projects listed in the agreement. The project uses the abundant corn resources in Tieling area to transform bio-energy and other biotechnology products into bio-energy products by the renewable resources of agricultural products in line with the energy policy requirements for developing circular economy in China.
