Russian oil giant to consider expanding its refining operations in the EU and the United States

KIAC Rosneft is considering expanding the European Union and the U.S. refining market as Rosneft, the state oil company and leading oil producer, is declining in the domestic market as a result of lower profitability. Russian oil plans to expand its operations in the European Union and the U.S. refinery by acquiring new refineries and expanding existing refineries. In order to achieve these goals, the Russian oil has planned to invest up to 2.48 billion US dollars by 2018 to expand the refining operations in the EU and the United States, but also may increase investment.
