伊朗将建甲醇制丙烯

  凯茵化工讯 中国石油和化工集团公司发布消息称, 8月10日,由抚顺石油化工研究院、洛阳工程公司、金陵石化联合开发的STRONG沸腾床渣油加氢成套技术,在北京通过中国石化科技部组织的专家鉴定。与会专家一致认为,新开发的5万吨/年沸腾床渣油加氢技术,具有较强的原料适应性、操作灵活性等特点。与国外同类技术相比,没有高温高压循环泵,消除了因循环泵引起的装置停工,提高了反应系统的可靠性;经5万吨/年工业示范装置工业试验内容,该项技术已具备了工业化应用的条件,建议尽快启动百万吨级工业装置建设。

  沸腾床渣油加氢工艺是一种高效而且可靠的劣质渣油加氢工艺,既可以在低转化率下生产低硫优质燃料油或合成燃料,也可以在高PE加工助剂转化率下将优质渣油转化为馏分油,为下游装置提供优质原料,推广应用前景广阔。该项目攻关团队经过近10年的努力,从催化剂、工艺、工程、生产操作等方面进行了大量的研究和开发,先后完成了工艺技术和催化剂、 设备及其内构件、加排催化剂控制系统、废催化剂处理、疲劳设备等一系列新技术的自主研发,形成了具有中石化自主知识产权的STRONG沸腾床渣油加氢技术,于2014建成了世界S套5 万吨/年工业示范装置。随后,又先后经过两次开工、超过8000 小时的工业试验,取得了全部的关键数据,积累了操作经验,同步完成了200万吨/年工业装置工艺包开发。

  目前,该技术已获授权中国发明 155件,国外发明 8件,具有原创性。
