凯茵化工讯 8月14日，沙特阿拉伯Sadara化学公司甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)装置正式投产，装置年产量20万吨，至此，Sadara所属26个子厂已全部投产。

　　Sadara由沙特阿美石油公司和陶氏化学的合资成立，拥有世界上好大的化学品一体化生产基地，是沙特化工行业内好大的外商直接投资项目。项目将年生产300万多吨高性能塑料和特殊化学品。

　　混合原料裂解炉是Sadara核心生产装置，于2016年8月投产，为本基地其他设备爱森絮凝剂解裂乙烷气体和石脑油液体原料，生产化学品

　　TDI生产部分由二硝基甲苯(DNT)、甲苯二胺(TDA)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的三个一体化装置组成。 DNT和TDA装置于4月开始运作，TDI装置本周开始生产原油。

　　这家异氰酸酯厂还有一套前所未有的生产二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(PMDI)的一体化设备，于6月初投入生产。

　　除了异氰酸酯的相关生产，Sadara还在生产另一种重要的聚氨酯原料—聚醚多元醇。该公司的多元醇厂投产于七月下旬。

Sadara Chemical TDI plant is in production

Kailin Chemical News On August 14, Sadara Chemical Co., Ltd. of Saudi Arabia started the production of tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) unit with an annual output of 200,000 tons. At this point, all 26 sub-factories of Sadara Plant have been put into operation.

Sadara, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical, owns the largest integrated chemical production facility in the world and is the largest foreign direct investment project in the Saudi chemical industry. The project will produce over 3 million tons of high-performance plastics and specialty chemicals annually.

Hybrid Raw Material Cracking Furnace is Sadara's core production plant, commissioned in August 2016 to crack ethane gas and naphtha liquid feedstock for other equipment in the base to produce chemicals

TDI The production section consists of three integrated units of DNT, TDA and TDI. DNT and TDA units started operation in April, and TDI units began producing crude oil this week.

The isocyanate plant also has an unprecedented integrated facility for the production of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI), which was put into production in early June.

In addition to the related production of isocyanates, Sadara is also producing another important polyurethane raw material, polyether polyol. The company's polyol plant is in production by late July.
