凯茵化工讯 中国石油化工集团公司7月3日宣布，中石化在“2+26”城市区域内所属全部11家炼油企业，比国家要求提前3个月完成国6油品质量升级。

　　今年初，环境保护部等4部门和北京、天津、河北等6省市发布《京津冀及周边地区2017年大气污染防治工作方案》，要求“2+26”城市于9月底前全部供应符合国6标准的车用汽柴油。

　　中石化提前布局，对该区域内所属燕山石化等11家炼油企业，对接落实改造项目，量身定制“一企一策”升级方案，每周跟踪挂牌督办。截至目前，中石化在“2+26”城市区域内全部炼油企业比计划提前3个月完成国6油品质量升级，具备7月达标出厂、9月底市场供油的条件，可完全满足市场需求。

　　目前，中石化已在北京全面供应京6标准油品。该油品由燕山石化、沧州炼化、齐鲁石化等3家炼溶剂化企业生产供应。根据北京市环保部门统计，预计使用京6标准油品后，在用汽油车颗粒物排放降幅可达10%，非甲烷有机气体和氮氧化物总体上能达到8%至12%的排放削减率;在用柴油车氮氧化物排放可下降4.6%，颗粒物下降9.1%。

　　2000年至2016年，我国油品质量升级步伐加快，中石化累计向炼油板块投入近3000亿元，主要用于油品质量升级，车用汽柴油标准从国1升级到国5，硫含量降到10ppm以下，降幅达99%。
