卡博特黑色母 PE6372 农膜 耐候　中国石油化工集团公司发布消息称，7月12日，国内S套260万吨/年沸腾床渣油加氢装置土建工程动工仪式举行。

　　该装置是国内S套采用法国Axens(艾克森斯)公司沸腾床渣油加氢 技术的工艺装置，也是公司炼油老区结构调整提质升级项目中一个标志性主项。装置于3月31日开始制桩，拟于2018年9月建成中交。建成投产后，可好大程度提高渣油转化率，降低延迟焦化的负荷，更好地适应原料性质变化，提高轻质油收率。
