凯茵化工讯 由中石化与美国亨斯迈在我市合资建设的环氧丙烷项目生产装置，近日实现一次开车成功，产出了合格环氧丙烷和甲基叔丁基醚。该项目自启动至今已4年多时间，此次顺利投产，对优化南京地区产格雷斯消光粉C807业布局、加快江苏地区高附加值石化产业链的形成、促进新型节能环保材料的发展和高品质清洁油品的推广具有重要意义。

　　南京金陵亨斯迈新材料有限责任公司由中国石化股份有限公司和亨斯迈化工贸易(上海)有限公司合资组建，2012年11月在南京化工园注册成立，总投资49亿元，依托中国石化南京地区低碳烃资源优势和美国亨斯迈公司先进技术，建设环氧丙烷项目。

　　该项目采用美国亨斯迈公司丙烯与异丁烷共氧化法生产环氧丙烷并联产甲基叔丁基醚的工艺技术，具有产品收率高、装置能耗低、三废污染少的特点，符合国家产业发展政策要求，是当今世界理想的环氧丙烷生产技术，建成后可年产24万吨环氧丙烷和74.2万吨甲基叔丁基醚。

　　环氧丙烷是精细化工产品的重要原料，广泛用于汽车、建筑、食品、烟草、医药及化妆品等行业。甲基叔丁基醚是优良的汽油高辛烷值添加剂和抗爆剂，含氧量相对较高，能够显著改善汽车尾气排放。

　　该项目自2013年1月奠基，2016年11月18日实现了主装置中交。开工试运阶段，生产开工团队和设计、施工、监理等单位紧密配合，不断优化开工网络，安全、优质、高效、有序推进，确保了装置一次开车成功。

Nanjing Jinling Huntsman New Materials Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Sinopec Corp. and Huntsman Chemical Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It was incorporated in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park in November 2012 with a total investment of 49 Billion yuan, relying on Nanjing, China Petrochemical low carbon hydrocarbon resources and the United States Huntsman advanced technology companies to build propylene oxide project.

This project adopts the technology of propylene oxide and isobutane co-oxidation of Huntsman Company in the United States to produce propylene oxide and methyl tert-butyl ether in parallel with high yield, low energy consumption, The characteristics of three wastes less pollution, in line with the national industrial development policy requirements, is the ideal propylene oxide production technology in the world today, with an annual output of 240,000 tons of propylene oxide and 742,000 tons of methyl tert-butyl ether.

Propylene oxide is an important raw material for fine chemical products and is widely used in industries such as automobile, construction, food, tobacco, medicine and cosmetics. Methyl tert-butyl ether is an excellent gasoline high octane additive and antiknock agent, with a relatively high oxygen content, which can significantly improve vehicle exhaust emissions.

The project was laid off in January 2013, and the project was completed on November 18, 2016. During the commencement of the trial operation, the production and start-up team worked closely with the design, construction and supervision agencies to continuously optimize the network construction and ensure the safe operation of the equipment at a time.
