据油气在线休斯敦7月18日消息，科威特S个国际石化合资公司伊奎特石化公司已经重启了旗下子公司科威特烯迈图有机硅助剂烃公司(KOC)位于舒艾巴工业区厂内的85万吨/年的2号乙烯装置，今年7月初该装置发生不明的技术故障导致非计划停工。

　　伊奎特石化表示，2号乙烯装置于7月18日恢复生产，从而令该厂内的乙二醇和聚乙烯装置也恢复了正常的生产水平。
