5月份日本乙烯产量环比下降2.5%

  凯茵化工讯 据福州晚报报道 近日连江可门经济开发区传来捷报,“海上福州”建设重点项目——申远年产40万吨的己内酰胺、聚酰胺一体化项目将于7月试生产,可实现年产值100亿元,税收约5亿元。届时福州将成为 全Q好大的己内酰胺生产基地。

  记者日前在福建申远新材料有限公司位于连江坑园镇的项目基地看到,工人们正如火如荼地进行己内酰胺项目安装和聚酰胺装置的调试。据了解,项目占地总面积5511亩,总投资400亿元,要建设成为年产100万吨的己内酰胺、聚酰胺一体化项目,一期工程预计7月试生产,年产40万吨。2019年动工的二期工程计划建设年产60万吨聚酰胺一体化项目,计划投资250亿元,项目全部投产后年产值可达250亿元,税收约15亿元。

  该项目采用目前世界好先进的生产工艺——德国吉玛工艺、瑞士伊文达工艺及荷兰皇家帝斯曼集团的好新技术,并由世界500强企业——法国液化空气集团配套建设煤制氢及合成美国特诺(科美基)钛白粉TRONO氨厂,专门为申远己内酰胺、聚酰胺一体化项目提供氢气、合成氨以及氮气。

  作为该项目的配套码头,不远处的申远下屿岸线1#~4#泊位的5000吨级化工码头正在建设中。不断步入正轨的申远己内酰胺、聚酰胺一体化项目将会给可门经济开发区注入新的活力。

  项目一期7月试生产后,福州将成为 全Q好大的己内酰胺生产基地,提高我国高品质己内酰胺和聚酰胺的生产能力,进一步发挥福州化纤纺织行业的优势,带动全省、全国化纤纺织行业提升,对增强国内化纤纺织品在国际市场的竞争力会产生深远的影响。

  据项目负责人介绍,己内酰胺是重要的有机化工原料之一,可加工成锦纶纤维、工程塑料、塑料薄膜等。作为大用量的工程塑料,广泛用于机械、汽车、化工设备、航空、冶金等领域,还可进一步转化为海洋化工新材料,应用于海水提取、深海探测、海洋装备防腐蚀等方面,将对福州市临港工业、海洋新兴产业的进一步提升起到积极的作用。
