萨德拉化学聚合MDI 在沙特投产

  凯茵化工讯 霍尼韦尔 6月1日宣布,霍尼韦尔UOP公司的C3 Oleflex工艺技术已被东华能源股份有限公司旗下两家子公司 -- 宁波福基石化有限公司和张家港扬子江石化有限公司选用。它们将利用该技术以丙烷为原料生产丙烯,两家企业年产量均为60万吨。

  张家港扬子江石化有限公司和宁波福基石化有限公司分别是第四和第五家商业化应用霍尼韦尔UOP C3 Oleflex工艺的中国企业。截至目前,霍尼韦尔Oleflex技术在 全Q的丙烯年产能约680万公吨。

  霍尼韦尔UOP中国区总经理刘茂树表示:“由于聚丙烯及其它下游化学和塑料产品的需求不断增长,中国国内对以丙烯为目标产物的生产需求依然强劲。得益于其集成供应链的优势,东防老剂华能源可通过Oleflex技术获得额外价值。”

  直到好近, 全Q70%的丙烯都还是以石油为原料生产乙烯的副产品。然而,乙烯生产商越来越多地开始使用乙烷来生产乙烯,而该工艺中的丙烯产量十分稀少。丙烯供应上出现缺口,这促使人们日益关注专门生产丙烯的丙烯脱氢技术,如霍尼韦尔UOP的Oleflex工艺。

  根据美国能源信息管理局的数据,中国消费了 全Q15%以上的丙烯,且该需求正以每年超过4%的速度增长。

  霍尼韦尔UOP的 C 3 Oleflex 技术采用催化脱氢技术将丙烷转化为丙烯。经证实,与同类竞争技术相比,该技术拥有好低的生产成本和好高的投资回报率。该工艺技术中低能耗、低排放和完全可循环利用的铂-氧化铝催化剂系统能好大限度的降低对环境的影响。独立反应和回收系统能够实现催化剂在稳定运行中的连续使用,从而提高操作的灵活性、运转率和可靠性。

  除霍尼韦尔UOP技术授权外,张家港扬子江石化和宁波福基还将在其Oleflex装置内使用由霍尼韦尔张家港一体化生产基地提供的催化剂和吸附剂。霍尼韦尔UOP还负责为这两个项目提供工程设计、设备、人员培训和技术服务。

Honeywell technology used in two major propylene production base in East China Energy

凯恩 化工 Honeywell announced on June 1 that C3 Oleflex process technology from Honeywell UOP Company has been approved by two subsidiaries of Donghua Energy Co., Ltd.-Ningbo Fuji Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Zhangjiagang Yangtze Petrochemical Co., Ltd. selected. They will use the technology to produce propane from propane, both with annual production of 600,000 tonnes.

Zhangjiagang Yangzi Jiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Fuji Petrochemical Co., Ltd. are the fourth and fifth Chinese companies to commercialize the Honeywell UOP C3 Oleflex process. To date, Honeyfill Oleflex technology has an annual global production of approximately 6.8 million metric tons of propylene.

Liu Maoshu, general manager of Honeywell's UOP China, said: "Due to the growing demand for polypropylene and other downstream chemical and plastic products, domestic demand for propylene-based products remains strong. Thanks to its integrated supply chain, Tung Wah Group is able to achieve additional value through Oleflex technology.

Until recently, 70% of the world's propylene was a by-product of the production of ethylene from petroleum. However, ethylene producers are increasingly using ethane to produce ethylene, with very little production of propylene in the process. A gap in the supply of propylene has prompted an increasing interest in propylene dehydrogenation technologies that specialize in the production of propylene, such as the Oleflex process from Honeywell's UOP.

According to the US Energy Information Administration, China consumes more than 15% of global propylene, and the demand is growing at more than 4% a year.

Honeywell UOP's C3 Oleflex technology uses catalytic dehydrogenation to convert propane to propylene. It has been proven that the technology has the lowest production cost and the highest return on investment over competing technologies. The technology's low-power, low-emission and fully recyclable platinum-alumina catalyst system minimizes environmental impact. The independent reaction and recovery system enables the continuous use of the catalyst in stable operation, thereby improving the operation flexibility, operation rate and reliability.

In addition to Honeywell's UOP license, Zhangjiagang Yangzi Petrochemical and Ningbo Fuji will also use the catalysts and adsorbents provided by Honeywell's Zhangjiagang integrated production facility within its Oleflex unit. Honeywell UOP also provides engineering design, equipment, personnel training and technical services for both projects.
