　　反倾销税率如下：对中国TDI产品征收美元/吨，韩国为170-400美元/吨(韩华170美元/吨，巴斯夫310美元/吨，其他厂家400美元/吨)，日本为140美元/吨。

　　2016年10月阻燃剂5日，应Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited的申请，印度商工部对原产于或进口自中国、日本和韩国的甲苯二异氰酸酯进行反倾销立案调查。倾销调查期为2015年4月1日~2016年3月31日，损害调查期为2012年~2013年、2013年~2014年、2014年~2015年和倾销调查期。
