凯茵化工讯 阿曼石油公司与科威特国际石油公司10日在阿曼S都马斯喀特签约多个能源合作项目，合同总额达70亿美元。

　　阿曼石油公司执行主席希拉勒在接受新华社记者采访时说，合作项目涵盖炼油、储油、油气开发等方面，双方出资各半。根据合同，双方将在阿曼的杜库姆经济特区兴建一座占地900公顷的炼油厂，投产后日炼油能力可达23万桶。双方还将建8个油库，每个油库储油量为55万桶。

　　科威特国际石油公司执行主席巴希特表示，双方在油气领域的合作有望成为“海湾国家大型企业间合作的典范”。

　　油气出口是阿曼重要经济收入来源。截至2013年，纤维素阿曼已探明石油储量为55亿桶，位居 全Q第22位。此外，阿曼还有丰富的天然气资源。

Oman and Kuwait to Joint Venture to Build New Refinery

Under the contract, the two sides will build a 900-hectare refinery in the Dukum Special Economic Zone in Oman, which will have a daily refining capacity of 230,000 barrels per day. The two sides will also build 8 oil depots, each with an oil storage capacity of 550,000 barrels.

Kuwait International Petroleum Executive Chairman Bakhit said that the cooperation between the two parties in the field of oil and gas is expected to become "a model for cooperation among large enterprises in the Gulf countries".

Oil and gas exports are a significant source of income for Oman. As of 2013, Oman has proven oil reserves of 5.5 billion barrels, ranking 22nd in the world. In addition, Oman is also rich in natural gas resources.
