　　“创新是行业发展的高动力;保证国际国内市场供应，是行业当前的高要务，一定要高度重视。”中国橡胶工业协会橡胶助剂专业委员名誉理事长许春华在当日召开的第十七届全国橡胶工业新材料技术论坛暨2017年橡胶助剂专业委员会会员大会上，以创新和保供作为开场话题，也足见事态的严重。
