凯茵化工讯 11月7日，瓦克化学股份有限公司在韩国扩建现有乳液及可再分散乳胶粉生产线奠基。

科莱恩光稳定剂Nylostab S-EED　　瓦克在蔚山生产基地兴建一套新的年产8万吨可再分散乳胶粉的喷雾干燥设备。此外，还将再建一台基于VAE的乳液反应器，所产乳液将作为原料，供喷雾干燥设备生产可再分散乳胶粉。

　　建成后的综合性生产线将覆盖从VAE乳液到可再分散乳胶粉整个生产链，成为 全Q同类生产线中规模好大的生产线之一。这项扩建工程的投资额约为6000万欧元，预期将在2019年高季度投产。

WACKER redispersible latex production line in South Korea laid the foundation stone

Kailin Chemical News On November 7, WACKER CHEMICAL Co., Ltd. laid the foundation for the expansion of its existing emulsion and dispersible polymer powder production line in South Korea.

WACKER has set up a new spray drying plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons of dispersible polymer powder at its Ulsan site. In addition, a VAE-based emulsion reactor will also be built and the resulting emulsion will be used as a feedstock for the production of dispersible polymer powders for spray-drying equipment.

The completed production line will cover the entire production chain from VAE emulsions to dispersible polymer powders and become one of the largest production lines of its kind in the world. The expansion project investment of about 60 million euros, is expected to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2019.
