WDP technology uses an innovative transport reactor design and unique high-capacity, renewable, wear-resistant, high-performance solid desulfurizer. The technology removes many sulfur-containing components at temperatures as high as 650 ° C. The total sulfur removal in the syngas is as high as 99.9%. The process has been validated at a 54,000 Sq. / H syngas unit at the coal / petrol gasification plant at Polk Power Station in Tampa, Florida, United States for more than 3,500 hours.

This technology enables a further reduction of the overall sulfur concentration in syngas to ppm levels (down to 100 ppb levels) by combining with the carbon capture process of the downstream reactive amines, which can be applied to downstream chemicals , Fertilizers and fuel on the temperament have strict requirements of the application.
