16日，从第八届中意创新合作周成都站开幕式上获悉，中国—意大利新材料技术转化中心将落户四川省技术转移中心，未来双方将在西南地区就金属材料、纳米材料等领域的技术转移及产业化展开交流与合作。

　　会上，四川省技术转移中心、国家技术转移西南中心与意大利国家研究委员会聚合物、复合材料及生物材料研究所化学与材料技术部，就有关建设新材料技术转化中心项目签署了战略合作协议。依据协议，意大利将为中方新型材料领域投资公司、制造企业、研究所及大学提供可产业化技术的项目信息；中方将提供西南地区技术合作信息；该中心将为双方提供相应技术以及当地政策咨询服务，双方可充分展开产、学、研之间的交流合作。

　　同疏水型处理型白碳黑时，中方还将给予中心及其引进项目相应的政策扶持与优惠，申请获得国家、省、市相关人才引进、科技创新等政策；而意方也将推荐意大利优秀科学家在国际生物城从事项目研发与技术转让，引进大批优质的生物材料技术产业化项目。
