　　中化精细化工循环经济产业园一期项目由中化国际成员企业——江苏瑞恒新材料科技有限公司投资建设，项目总投资约55亿元，占地面积约840亩，拟采用多项先进技术和自主研发 技术，依托炼化产业芳香烃、烯烃、精对苯二甲酸、环氧乙烷等资源，延伸发展芳烃下游精细化工、锂电池电解液及溶剂、高性能新材料及关键中间体等系列产品。
