Bosch opens new adhesive plant in India

Kayin Chemicals Xerco's specialty adhesive business, Bostik, continues to open new plants in Gujarat, India, to expand its manufacturing capacity. Together with the existing plant in Bangalore, India, the new plant meets the rapidly growing demand for adhesives in the Indian industrial market.

The new facility will manufacture advanced hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) for a number of industrial sectors such as flexible laminates, shipping and footwear. It will support the growing demand in India and export markets for its products.

With state-of-the-art equipment, the plant uses state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to ensure the highest level of safety, quality and efficiency while reducing production cycles.

Local government leaders and clients attended the inauguration of the factory on October 11, 2017.
