凯茵化工讯 全Q工业粘合剂制造商富乐公司(H.B. Fuller )9月15日宣布已签署了一项协议，收购特种胶粘剂和密封剂制造商皇家胶粘剂及密封剂公司(Royal Adhesives&Sealants ，Royal)，收购价格为15.75亿美元，此次交易预计将于2017年10月结束。

　　Royal是 全Q性专营高性能粘合剂和密封剂的研发公司和制造商。公司总部位于印第安纳州，提供各类特殊配方产品，主要美国亚什兰 应用于航空航天、国防、建筑、特殊包装、汽车、工业等领域内的复杂粘合、层压和密封。该公司专门定制热固性环氧树脂和聚氨酯，溶剂型和水性技术，以满足胶粘剂和密封剂的苛刻要求。

　　富乐表示，合并后将带来500万美元的成本协同效应和1500万美元的增长协同效应。

Fuller said the merger will result in a cost synergies of $ 5 million and a synergies of $ 15 million in growth.
