凯茵化工讯 德国经销商Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH(简称NRC)于9月19日宣布称，正式收购了英国特种化学品分销商Melrob Group Holdings Ltd。

　　此次收购包括了Melrob在英国、德国、印度、日本、韩国、新加坡、西班牙以及美国的所有子公司。

　　NRC总经理Gerd Bergmann在一份声明中表示：“收购Melrob不仅代表了公司的战略扩张，也是我们业务在亚太和北美地区进一步增长的决定性战略。”

　　此次收购将完成NRC欧洲市场的业务，同时将提高在国际市场的可见性。此外，该经销商还获得了Melrob在生物材料领域的业务。

　　Melrob在新加坡设有自己的厂，是目前世界上领漂莱特离子交换树脂先的特殊单体制造商。

Germany NRC formally acquired specialty chemicals distributor Melrob

Kleiner Chemnitz Germany distributor Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH (NRC) announced on September 19 that it has formally acquired Melrob Group Holdings Ltd., a UK specialty chemical distributor.

The acquisition includes all of Melrob's subsidiaries in the UK, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Spain and the United States.

NRC General Manager Gerd Bergmann said in a statement: "The acquisition of Melrob represents not only a strategic expansion of the company, but also a decisive strategy for our business to grow further in Asia Pacific and North America.

The acquisition will complete the business of NRC's European market and will increase its visibility in international markets. In addition, the distributor acquired Melrob's business in biomaterials.

Melrob has its own factory in Singapore and is the world's leading manufacturer of specialty monomers.
