凯茵化工讯 北京东方雨虹防水技术股份有限公司8月29日发布公告，近日，东方雨虹环氧固化剂与安徽滁州经济技术开发区管委会签订《项目投资协议书》，协议约定公司拟投资18亿元人民币在安徽滁州经济技术开发区投资建设天鼎丰集团总部项目。同日，还签订《特种涂料研发及生产基地项目投资协议书》，协议约定公司拟投资15.8亿元人民币在安徽滁州经济技术开发区投资建设特种涂料研发及生产基地。

　　东方雨虹特种涂料研发及生产基地项目总投资规模约15.8亿元，其中固定资产投资约14.6亿元。总施工期预计3周年，S期项目预计于2019年底前建成投产，全部项目预计于2020年12月底前建成投产。

　　当日，东方雨虹还发布公告称，公司于8月29日与岳阳经济技术开发区管理委员会签订《项目入区协议》，协议约定公司拟投资20亿元人民币在岳阳经济技术开发区投资建设东方雨虹中南区域总部及岳阳新材料生产基地项目，其中，东方雨虹中南区域总部项目拟投资10亿元，岳阳新材料生产基地项目拟投资10亿元。

　　公告显示，“东方雨虹中南区域总部及岳阳新材料生产基地”建设的主要内容：中南区域总部主要是东方雨虹中南区域总部和全国物流总部行政办公综合楼、DAW特种材料国家级重点实验室、专家楼及人才公寓建设;生产基地主要用于DAW特种涂料生产项目建设。
