材料腐蚀使中国每年损失数千亿美元

  “这次化工科普活动真是太好了,我们也要将偏苯三酸酐的生产和应用科普化,让投资者与客户了解我们产品的先进性和环保性。现在很多高铁、飞机的外部涂料,风力发电机的电机耐高温漆绝缘,都有偏苯三酸酐的产业价值体现,但很多人并不知道。”7月15日,参加2017中国石油和化工科普论坛的江苏正丹化学工业股份有限公司投资者关系总监冯伟香如是说。

  偏苯三酸酐是现代新型材料的重要化工原料,是一种重要的精细化工日本东曹消光粉E-220A产品改性和添加的中间体,被广泛应用于环保增塑剂、高端粉末涂料、 绝缘材料(漆包线漆)及高温固化剂等,可提升其耐热性、耐候性、耐迁移性、抗挥发、耐高温等性能。因此,该产品在家电、建材、汽车、航空、航天等领域前景广阔。

  珠海市斗门联合新材料有限公司将偏苯三酸酐用于旗下增塑剂的生产中,由此增加PVC的可塑性。该公司总经理任海澜认为,这些新材料所展现的高附加值,关键点正是高稳定性的偏苯三酸酐,否则成品收率会受到影响。这一观点与安徽神剑新材料股份有限公司供应科科长赵小龙的观点不谋而合。赵小龙说:“稳定性好的偏苯三酸酐颜色为白色、避免发黄发绿,可为下游高端粉末涂料带来持续稳定的产品质量,对于产品出口至关重要。”

  冯伟香告诉中国化工报记者,目前工业上主要采用偏三甲苯液相空气氧化法生产偏苯三酸酐,其又可分为间歇氧化法和连续氧化法。

  其中,间歇氧化法采用塔器鼓泡式反应器,氧化设备每隔几小时进/出料、升/降温和压力,操作受人为因素的影响较大、设备金属构件易疲劳,且易导致副产物多、收率偏低等问题。连续氧化法通过单台新型氧化反应塔来代替多台串联式氧化反应器,具有生产过程稳定、产品收率高、能耗低、质量稳定,环境污染小等优势。

  正丹股份副总经理荆晓平表示,连续氧化法来源于正丹股份,连续氧化工艺生产偏苯三酸酐的技术方法已获中国 优秀奖,还获得了江苏省科学技术奖三等奖和中华全国工商业联合会科技进步二等奖。他还对连续氧化法进行了通俗比喻:就跟我们煮饭一样,20年以前农村土灶锅,柴火好不好、烧的旺不旺煮出来的饭完全不一样。而现在有电磁锅,高档智能,放多少米多少水,一次进去就可以了,若连续进水放米,就可以24小时不间断的有米饭出来。连续氧化法就是这个概念。如此形象的科普让大家对两种工艺界限快速有了清晰认识。

  荆晓平好后说:“连续氧化法生产的产品质量更稳定、纯度更高、品质更好,但工业品大宗销售中,客户即使对产品质量非常认同也不会直接赞赏,以防下一次采购中议价权被对方持有。”而这正是技术与商业的博弈所在,是产业未来需要研究的新命题,或许通过工艺技术的科普提升客户价值的认同,不失为一剂良方。

  目前,正丹股份主营产品偏三甲苯、偏苯三酸酐、偏苯三酸三辛酯、乙烯基甲苯、高沸点芳烃溶剂等特种精细化学品,均已通过欧盟REACH认证和SGS多项标准检测,出口意大利、日本、韩国等地。未来,随着各国环保意识的提高,国内电线电缆业、塑料等行业与国际标准接轨以及轻工、家电、橡胶、涂料等行业的产业升级,对偏苯三酸酐、偏苯三酸三辛酯、乙烯基甲苯的需求仍将保持增长态势。
