日本材料企业东丽近日称，将在欧洲新建纯电动汽车等使用的锂离子电池零部件厂。东丽计划到2020年前后向电池零部件领域投入约1200亿日元，其中一部分资金将投向欧洲的新厂。东丽生产的电池零部件是被称为“隔离层(绝缘材料)&rdqu酞菁类颜料o;的特殊薄膜。其功能是将正极和负极隔开防止爆炸，是影响电池安全性的重要零部件。

Toray to speed up the layout of lithium battery industry chain

Japanese material company Toray recently said that it will build a new lithium-ion battery parts factory for pure electric vehicles in Europe. Toray plans to invest approximately 120 billion yen in battery components by 2020, with a portion of its funding going to new plants in Europe. Toray's battery components are known as "insulation (insulation)" special film. Its function is to separate the positive and negative to prevent explosion, is an important part of the battery safety.
