山东涂料企业呼吁终结恶性竞争

  作为人类目前发现的好薄、好坚硬、导电导热性能好佳的新型纳米材料,石墨烯具备优异的光学、力学、电学、热学效应,是智能传感器、柔性显示屏、柔性电池等器件的理想材料。随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃兴起,人工智能、智能科技、智能产业迅速崛起,石墨烯能否在大智能时代大放异彩、引领潮流?近日,在北京召开的“石墨烯+智能”研讨会上,专家对此展开了讨论。

  智能时代催生机遇

  中关村智能硬件产业联盟秘书长董宇认为,近年来,随着人工智能、智能硬件、传感互联、移动通信、大数据等技术的发展,“智能+”正快速地拓展到经济社会的各个领域,释放和催生工业、农业、节能环保、商贸流通、交通能源、公共安全、社会事业、城市管理等各个领域的新需求,“智能+”浪潮全面袭来。石墨烯新材料具有良好的应用前景,“石墨烯+智能”将带来全新的产业革命,打开巨大的市场空间。

  据介绍,目前石墨烯在信息电子器件中取得一系列新进展,开发出石墨烯场效应晶体管(GFET)、石墨烯电光调制器、石墨烯光电探测器等新型器件。中科院半导体所副研究员黄北举表示,在石墨烯光电器件方面,目前石墨烯探测器的性能已经接近于商用水平,通过批量的生产,完全可以实现产业化的应用。石墨烯探测器和CMOS电路还能够单片集成,通过这种单片集成,能够充分融合石墨烯宽波段光电相应的优势和硅在电信号放大处理等方面的优势,具有低成本、高集成度和高成品率的优势,在光通信以及红外成像领域具有非常广阔的市场应用前景。特别是在红外成像领域,石墨烯红外成像芯片完全有可能颠覆现在的红外成像市场。

  诸多问题有待解决

  记者了解到,石墨烯作为一种新型材料,有着很大的应用潜力,但是目前主流的显示技术已经形成了较为完整成熟的产业链条,石墨烯要想在现有的行业中获得广泛的应用,有很多问题需要去研究和解决。

  中关村石墨烯产业联盟理事长、北京石墨烯研究院院长、中科院院士刘忠范表示,目前中国的石墨烯产业化进程已经走在了国际前列,引领着石墨烯产业的蓬勃发展,但是也不得不承认,国内的石墨烯技术研发及产业化工作还有极大的提升空间。“今天的石墨烯材料本身尚不足以支持未来的石墨烯产业,需要行业共同努力,保持足够的耐心和信心去创造未来的石墨烯产业。”刘忠范说。

  作为新材料之王,石墨烯集超强的导电、导热、强度、柔性于一身,是可穿戴器件的理想材料。北京石墨烯研究院执行院长魏迪指出,未来石墨烯在可穿戴电子设备的市场将非常广阔。石墨烯应该基于其独特性能,扬长避短,目前来看还有很长的路要走。

  中科院重庆绿色智能技术研究院微系统研究中心主任史浩飞认为,在石墨烯产业商业化的过程中,依然存在诸多挑战,如多晶石墨烯的方块电阻还不够低,石墨烯与衬底的附着力偏差,石墨烯尚不能在低温下原位沉积、成本还偏高等。

  做“撒手锏”别做“万金油”

  对于目前石墨烯产业应用现状,专家认为,这与我国石墨烯产业定位有关系。刘忠范提到,未来的石墨烯产业将是建立在石墨烯材料的“撒手锏”级的应用基础之上,而不是作为“万金油”式的添加剂。

  业内专家表示,当前,国内市场上的石墨烯下游应用领域主要集中在防腐涂料、锂电池导电剂、电热膜等产品上,石墨烯只是作为添加剂提升了现有产品的性能。反观国外,在今年4月的世界移动通信大会上,欧盟石墨烯旗舰展出了石墨烯超级汽车、物联网传感器、可穿戴设备与健康管理、数据通信、能源技术以及复合材料等前沿技术及产品。

  史浩飞提到,石墨烯透明导电膜的制备和应用在好近几年取得了较大的进展,如制备和转移技术、结构化技术、功能一体化集成等问题都得到了一定程度的解决,展现出很好的潜力。随着技术的不断进步,石墨烯在智能显示领域将大有可为。
