凯茵化工讯 印度Berger油漆公司董事会日前批准了全资收购小型涂料生产商Saboo涂料公司，后者位于印度Chandigarh，投资额约为8.177亿印度卢比。此外，公司董事会还批准了收购SabooHesse木器涂料公司51%股权的计划，投资约为1500万印度卢比。

　　Saboo涂料公司专业从事工业液体涂料氰特抗静电剂的生产，产品应用领域包括农用和建筑设备(ACE)、汽车、风扇、电子设备、电梯等。两家公司可以在生产、销售、分销、采购、技术等各领域相互支持。

　　截至2017年3月31日为止的上财年业绩显示，Saboo涂料公司公司营业收入和其他收入合计8.94亿卢比。

　　印度Berger油漆公司是印度第二大涂料企业，已有近90年历史，目前的年营业收入合计超过510亿卢比，总部位于加尔各答，在印度国内拥有10个生产厂和约110个库存点，并在尼泊尔、孟加拉、波兰和俄罗斯建有生产设施。

India's Berger paint approved the acquisition of Saboo Coatings

Kailin Chemical Co., Ltd. India Berger Paint's Board of Directors recently approved a wholly owned acquisition of Saboo Coatings, a small paint manufacturer based in Chandigarh, India, with an investment of approximately R $ 817.7 million. In addition, the company's board of directors approved a plan to acquire a 51% stake in Saboo Hesse Wood Coatings, with an investment of about 15 million Indian Rupees.

Saboo Coatings specializes in the manufacture of industrial liquid paints. Applications include agricultural and construction equipment (ACE), automobiles, fans, electronics, elevators and more. The two companies can support each other in the areas of production, sales, distribution, purchasing, technology and more.

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, Saboo Coatings Company reported operating income and other income totaling Rs.894 crore.

India Berger Paint is India's second-largest paint company with nearly 90 years of history and currently has an annual operating income of more than 510 billion rupees. Headquartered in Calcutta, India has 10 manufacturing plants and about 110 Stockpiles and production facilities in Nepal, Bangladesh, Poland and Russia.
