环保治理趋严 原料药行业整合加速

  凯茵化工讯 6月16日,由中国石墨产业发展联盟、黑龙江省石墨产业协会主办,黑龙江省华升石墨股份有限公司、七台河宝泰隆新材料股份有限公司承办的中国-俄罗斯博览会石墨烯应用高峰论坛在哈尔滨召开。会议特别邀请石墨新材料各领域的资深专家、学者、学科带头人及核心企业领军人物百余人参加。

  会上,黑龙江省副省长胡亚枫做了重要进话。他从四个方面介绍了黑龙江石墨及石墨烯发展情况。一是从资源储量来看,黑龙江是中国乃至世界储量好多的省份,晶质石墨保有储量1.16亿吨,约占全国2/3,占世界1/3。目前全省上下发挥资源优势,抢抓市场机遇,黑龙江省新材料产业已形成扎实产业基础,较强研发实力,良好发展态势。

  二是从产业基础来看,全省共有石墨、石墨烯生产企业80余家,石墨精粉年产能80余万吨,精粉产能产量均可占全国的60%以上。鸡西、鹤岗两大石墨园区初具规模,产业集群和集聚效应已经初步显现。石墨烯转型加工水平不断提高。石墨烯领域以哈尔滨万鑫石墨谷、黑龙江华升石墨股份有限公司、宝泰隆新材料股份有限公司为代表的企业发展迅速。从石墨烯粉体上游原料生产不断向石墨烯导电浆料、防腐涂料等下游应用产品拓展延续。

  三是从研发能力来看,国家级技术创新联盟1个,石墨产品质量检测中心2个,省级创新服务平台1个,省级工程技术研究中心6个。哈工大、哈工程等5所高校的研究领域主要集中在石墨烯绿色制备、大面积石墨烯薄膜、石墨烯吸波、石墨烯散热、石墨烯电极等,有3项技术处于世界优良水平,4项技术具备产业化水平。

  四是从发展引领来看,黑龙江编制了《石墨产业科技发展专项规划(2012-2020)》、《黑龙江省石墨产业“十三五”发展规划》、《黑龙江省石墨烯产业三年专项行动计划》。“十三五”期间,全力打造“一个中心和两大基地”,即打造“哈尔滨石墨新材料研发及高端产品制造交易中心”,建立“鹤岗、鸡西两大石墨生产加工基地”,目标是将黑龙江打造成为集石墨矿山采选、科研开发、石墨新材料制造为一体的国家重点产业集聚区,成为全国乃至 全Q石墨及石墨新材料产业发展的领跑者。

  中国石墨烯产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长李义春认为,石墨烯发展关键在应用,我国在产业化应用上也是做的好好。联盟发布了2017年石墨烯产业发展报告,预计2020年达1000亿销售额,2018年进入百亿没有问题。石墨烯在产品转型上也取得了大的成果,尤其黑龙江已经形成了石墨烯产业集群,在国内已经形成好的态势,在国内石墨烯产业打下了良好基础。去年我国已有700家企业注册。

  下一步,联盟将成立了石墨烯重防腐工作组,一是重防腐应用要在中石油、中石化和中海油做示范。二是以石墨烯热膜做煤改电示范,全年目标100平方米。

  黑龙江华升石墨股份有限公司谢柳金教授介绍了碳纳米材料薄膜的特性:薄膜只在摩擦过程中的摩擦表面生成。由油降解产物,纳米颗粒,摩擦磨损出现的小颗粒物质。具有多孔性,表面吸附油脂,机械长时间停置后也不会出现干燥摩擦。层厚度小于几微米。该薄膜不会受其他溶剂和其它非研磨方式的影响而脱落。

  会上,七台河市人民政府、黑龙江省华升石墨股份有限公司、宝泰隆新材料股份有限公司分别做了新材料产业和项目推介。华升公司与俄罗斯科学院西伯利亚分院化学及化工学院、华升公司与南澳大利亚大学未来工业研究所、宝泰隆与哈尔滨工业大学、宝泰隆与华升公司分别进行美国陶氏DOW杀菌剂DB20了签约。

  据悉,我国高度重视石墨烯产业的发展,2016年石墨烯相关产品生产企业400多家,石墨烯相关产品的销售额达到30亿元左右。目前 全Q石墨烯年产能已达到百吨级,预计未来五年到十年,石墨烯年产能将达到千吨级;到2020年石墨烯产业化规模将达到千亿级别。

Graphene industry in China to move forward

At the meeting, Hu Ya Feng, vice governor of Heilongjiang Province made an important speech. He introduced the development of graphite and graphene in Heilongjiang from four aspects. First, from the point of view of resource reserves, Heilongjiang is the province with the largest reserves in China and even in the world. The reserves of crystalline graphite are 116 million tons, accounting for 2/3 of the national total, accounting for one third of the world. At present, the province exerts its advantages in resources and grasps the market opportunities. The new material industry in Heilongjiang Province has formed a solid industrial foundation with strong research and development strength and a sound development trend. Second, from the industrial base, the province has a total of more than 80 graphite and graphene producers with an annual output of more than 800,000 tons of graphite powder and over 60% of the country's total output of fine powder. Jixi, Hegang two large-scale graphite park has begun to take shape, industrial clusters and agglomeration effect has initially emerged. Graphene conversion processing continuously improve. Graphene in Harbin Wanxin Graphite Valley, Heilongjiang Huasheng Graphite Co., Ltd., Baotai Long New Materials Co., Ltd., represented by the rapid development of enterprises. Graphene powder from the upstream raw materials continue to graphene conductive paste, anti-corrosion coatings and other downstream applications to extend product development. Third, from the research and development capabilities, the state-level technology innovation alliance 1, 2 graphite product quality testing center, provincial innovation service platform 1, 6 provincial engineering technology research center. The research fields of five universities including Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin Engineering focus on green preparation of graphene, large-area graphene films, graphene absorption, graphene cooling, graphene electrodes and so on. Three of the technologies are at the leading level in the world and four Technology has the industrial level. Fourth, from the perspective of development, Heilongjiang has compiled "Special Plan for Scientific and Technological Development of Graphite Industry (2012-2020)", "Development Plan of Heilongjiang Province's Graphite Industry" and "Heilongjiang Province Graphene industry three-year special action plan. " "Thirteen Five" period, to create "one center and two bases", that is to create "new materials research and development of Harbin and high-end products manufacturing and trading center", "Hegang, Jixi two large graphite Production and processing base ", the goal is to build Heilongjiang into a national key industrial cluster integrating graphite mining, scientific research and development, and manufacture of new graphite materials, becoming a leader in the development of new graphite and graphite materials in China and even in the world.

Li Yichun, secretary-general of China Graphene Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, believes that the key to the development of graphene is its application. China is also the best one in industrial application. Union released the 2017 graphene industry development report is expected to reach 100 billion in sales by 2020, into 10 billion in 2018 no problem. Graphene has also made great achievements in product transformation. In particular, graphene industry cluster has formed in Heilongjiang Province, which has formed a good situation in China and laid a good foundation for the domestic graphene industry. Last year, China had 700 enterprises registered.

At the meeting, Qitaihe Municipal People's Government, Heilongjiang Huasheng Graphite Co., Ltd. and Baotai Long New Material Co., Ltd. respectively made new material industries and project promotion. Huasheng Company and Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Huasheng Company and the Institute of Future Industry, University of South Australia, Baotailong and Harbin Institute of Technology, Baotai Long and Hua Sheng companies were signed. It is reported that China attaches great importance to the development of graphene industry in 2016, more than 400 graphene-related products manufacturing enterprises, graphene-related products sales reached 3 billion yuan. At present, the annual global production capacity of graphene has reached 100 tons. It is estimated that the annual production capacity of graphene will reach 1000 tons in the next five to 10 years. By 2020, the industrialization scale of graphene will reach 100 billion.
