新一代绿色清洁环保聚氨酯发泡剂应用成功

  截至6月25日,大港油田应用采出水压裂液实施的先导井官78-52井平稳生产3个多月,日产油保真诚供应沙索Sasolwax Spray 3持在7.3吨,累计增油400余吨,展现了这一新型环保压裂液的良好效果。

  大港油田原来压裂液一直采用淡水,为节约淡水资源、减少采出水外排处理量,大港油田石油工程研究院系统开展采出水水质评价及对压裂液性能影响研究,完成采出水配置压裂液体系配方研究及综合性能评价,解决采出水水质复杂、与常规压裂液配伍性差、性能不稳定等问题,满足了压裂需要。

  结合海水资源丰富及生产采出液液量大的情况,大港油田近年来系统研发海水基压裂液、采出水压裂液及压裂返排液再利用三大技术,既保障了生产需求,又有效节约了淡水资源。

Not only guarantee the production demand, but also effectively save the freshwater resources.
