中美学者在质子交换膜燃料电池阴极催化剂领域取得重要进展

  6月27日,科迈化工股份有限公司完成的橡胶助剂废水资源化工艺研究开发项目,在北京通过了中国石油和化学工业联合会组织的成果鉴定。鉴定专家组一致认为,该成果技术先进、工艺成熟可行,总体达到国际先进水平,建议加大推广应用力度。

  中国橡胶工业协会橡胶助剂专业委员会名誉理事长、鉴定委员会主任许春华表示,该工艺实现了助剂废水中盐、水、有机物的合理分离和资源化回用,盐回收率100%、有机物回收率98%、水回用率95%,解决了橡胶助剂行业高含盐、难降解的高浓度有机废水处理难题。

  该技术针对橡胶促进剂、防老剂等不同产品,依托机械蒸汽再压缩机(MVR),开发了“精馏回收+降温沉降+酸碱调节+气浮絮凝”的四步法预处理工艺回收有机物,实现了有机物的资源化;通过浓缩、结晶,回收了工业盐;开发了二级蒸发和凝水深度处理相结合的工艺,保证了出水回用于生产过程及外排水达标排放,实现了废水的资源化。

  中海油天津化工研究设计院 工程师、鉴定委员会副主任徐建京指出,该工艺采用工段水直接套用的方法,既大幅降低了废水处理总量,降低了处理成本,又实现了有机物的高效回收。同时,该工艺将MVR蒸发技术用于废水蒸发除盐,与传统的多效蒸发相比,不仅可降低废水处理成本,而且可以降低煤炭用量,从而减少碳排放,对生态环境没有负面影响,属绿色环保型工艺。

  科迈化工股份有限公司孟庆森博士介绍,生产橡胶助剂产生的废水含盐高、有机物含量高、降解难度大、污染因子多且变化大。而传统的处理方法多存在处理成本高、处理过程稳定性差、容易产生固废等问题。新工艺的开发运用资源化手段代替了传统的处理方法,通过有机物、水、盐资源化回收的方式,将本需处理的污染物变成了可回用于生产体系的资源,在保证外排水达标的同时,大幅降低了处理成本,提高了运行稳塑料粒子定性。

  据介绍,我国已经成为 全Q橡胶助剂及中间体的主要生产与消费国,尤其橡胶促进剂产能增长迅猛,产量已达到 全Q产量的70%以上。但随着环保要求的不断提高,我国橡胶助剂生产过程中的环保问题,尤其是废水治理问题已成为制约行业发展的瓶颈。
