制备方法
1.由硝基苯经混酸硝化而得。二硝基苯粗品用亚硫酸钠溶液精制。精制滤液主要含硝基苯磺酸钠,这是邻二硝基苯和对二硝基苯与亚硫酸钠反应的产物。硝基苯用混酸硝化时,生成物中间二硝基苯约占88%、邻二硝基苯占10%、对二硝基苯占2%。异构体的分离方法,还有利用三者对乙醇或苯的溶解度不同而设计的后处理过程。2.在搅拌下,将硫酸、硝酸、水以适当比例混合均匀,使之为含硫酸60%、含硝酸20%的混酸溶液,并冷却至25℃,不断搅拌下缓慢加入98%的硝基苯 ( 硝基苯∶混酸 =1∶2.7) ,温度先控制在35℃以下,加入一半硝基苯后,将温度升至35~55℃,直至加完。然后升温至80~90℃,保温搅拌1h:反应结束后,冷却至70℃,加冷水稀释静置分层,上层为粗品二硝基苯。搅拌下将分出的粗二硝基苯加到2.5%左右的70℃碱液中,控制温度不超过80℃,加完后降温至65℃,然后将事先配制好的95%的亚硫酸钠溶液慢慢加入,控制温度为70~75℃,搅拌1~2h,测定熔点合格后,降温,滤出沉淀,用热水洗涤,冷后过滤,再用无水乙醇重结晶,即得成品。合成制备方法

1.用作聚合反应的分子型阻聚剂,用量约为0.001%~0.10%。本品用硫化铵还原生成间硝基苯胺,用强还原剂还原生成间苯二胺,是染料和有机合成的中间体。
2.用作薄层色谱法显色试剂,用于检测强心甘类、3-氧类固醇和D-氧类固醇。还用于有机合成。

2.对环境的影响:
一、健康危害
侵入途径:吸入、食入、经皮吸收。 健康危害:本品为强烈的高铁血红蛋白形成剂。易经皮肤吸收。 急性中毒:有头痛、头晕、乏力、皮肤粘膜紫绀、手指麻木等症状;严重时可出现胸闷、呼吸困难、心悸,甚至心律紊乱、昏迷、抽搐、呼吸麻痹。有时中毒后出现溶血性贫血、黄疸、中毒性肝炎。 慢性中毒:可有神经衰弱综合征;慢性溶血时,可出现贫血、黄疸;还可引起中毒性肝炎。

6.应急处理处置方法:一、泄漏应急处理
隔离泄漏污染区,限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给式呼吸器,穿防毒服。不要直接接触泄漏物。小量泄漏:避免扬尘,用洁净的铲子收集于干燥、洁净、有盖的容器中。大量泄漏:用塑料布、帆布覆盖,减少飞散。然后收集、回收或运至废物处理场所处置。 废弃物处置方法:建议用焚烧法。焚烧炉排出的氮氧化物通过洗涤器、催化氧化装置或高温装置除去。处理稀的废液应先经过浓缩,再进行焚烧。
二、防护措施
呼吸系统防护:可能接触其粉尘时,必须佩戴头罩型电动送风过滤式防尘呼吸器。紧急事态抢救或撤离时,佩戴空气呼吸器。 眼睛防护:呼吸系统防护中已作防护。 身体防护:穿胶布防毒衣。 手防护:戴防苯耐油手套。 其它:工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。及时换洗工作服。工作前后不饮酒 ,用温水洗澡。实行就业前和定期的体检。
