凯茵化工讯 12月8日 ,特种化学品制造商科莱恩宣布与徐州海鼎化工技术有限公司签订一份协议,旨在与其技术合作伙伴CB&I携手开发一款定制的CATOFIN催化剂,并打造一个丙烷脱氢(PDH)装置。该项目包括该装置的技术许可和工程设计,该装置将建于中国江苏省邳州市。

徐州海鼎工厂的丙烯设计产能为60万吨/年,该工厂将基于科莱恩CATOFIN催化脱氢技术,采用科莱恩的CATOFIN催化剂和发热材料(HGM)。

CATOFIN是一款经证明具有可靠性能的脱氢催化剂,可用于轻消光粉质烷烃原料制取丙烯、异丁烯等烯烃的生产工艺。HGM是一种受专利保护的金属氧化物材料,与催化剂一起装填能够提高CATOFIN装置的选择性和产量。为了好大化丙烷转化率,获得高产量的丙烯,该工艺在对热力学好有利的反应器压力和温度下进行操作,并使用具有高选择性的催化剂。在当今经市场已验证的技术中,CATOFIN凭借其优化操作条件,能够实现好大的转化率和好高的选择性。

Clariant supplies catalysts for Xuzhou Heidi propane dehydrogenation plant

KAYNE Chemical News On December 8, specialty chemicals manufacturer Clariant announced that it has signed an agreement with Xuzhou Haiding Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. to work with its technology partner CB & amp; I to develop a customized CATOFIN catalyst, And build a propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit. The project includes the technology licensing and engineering design of the unit to be built in Pizhou, Jiangsu Province, China.

The propylene design capacity at Xuzhou Haiding Plant is 600,000 tons / year. The plant will be based on Clariant's CATOFIN catalytic dehydrogenation technology with Clariant's CATOFIN catalyst and heating material (HGM).

CATOFIN is a proven dehydrogenation catalyst that can be used to produce light olefins such as propylene, isobutylene and other olefins. HGM is a patented metal oxide material that can be packed with a catalyst to increase the selectivity and throughput of CATOFIN units. In order to maximize propane conversion and obtain high yields of propylene, the process is operated at reactor pressures and temperatures that are most favorable to thermodynamics and catalysts with high selectivity are used. Among the proven technologies in the market today, Catofin is able to achieve maximum conversion rates and maximum selectivity with its optimized operating conditions.

The 9 global propane dehydrogenation plants using CATOFIN technology have all been successfully put into operation, with an annual output of more than 4.5 million tons of propylene. Factories that use CATOFIN technology typically operate more than 110% of their design capacity, and the factory-line rate approaches 98%.
