凯茵化工讯 蓝星安迪苏股份有限公司12月12日宣布，收购 全Q饲料添加剂生产商Nutriad，具体的财务细节没防腐防霉剂有披露。

　　Nutriad总部位于比利时的登德尔蒙德市，拥有4个研发实验室，5家厂分别于比利时、西班牙、英国、中国和美国。每年销售额近1亿美元。

　　Nutriad在生产饲料添加剂方面拥有50年的丰富经验，其产品覆盖猪、禽类饲料适口性改善剂、霉菌毒素吸附剂、改善消化性能等领域，也适用于水产动物、奶牛、肉牛等多个动物品类。

　　安迪苏是 全Q好大的动物营养添加剂生产企业之一，生产主要分布在 全Q6 个生产基地，分别位于法国的Commentry、Les Roches、Roussillon、La Rochelle、西班牙的Burgos 以及中国南京。

BlueStar Adisseo Acquires Nutriad, Feed Additives Manufacturer

Kailin ChemNet Star Adisseo Co., Ltd. announced on December 12 that it has not disclosed the financial details of its acquisition of Nutriad, a global feed additive manufacturer.

Headquartered in Dendermonde, Belgium, Nutriad has four R & D laboratories and five plants in Belgium, Spain, the United Kingdom, China and the United States. Annual sales of nearly 100 million US dollars.

Nutriad has 50 years of experience in the production of feed additives, its products cover pigs, poultry feed palatability improvers, mycotoxin adsorbents, improve digestive performance and other fields, but also for aquatic animals, dairy cows, Beef cattle and other animal categories.

Adisseo is one of the largest manufacturers of animal nutrition additives in the world. Its production is mainly distributed in six global production bases in Commentry, Les Roches, Roussillon, La Rochelle, France and Burgos in Spain Nanjing.
